How much gruff will I get on the sound regulations out there? The bikes I'd be bringing would have FMF's and a bike with shearers and a short sand car. What silencers do you guys up there recommend?

If your not riding like an asshole they may leave you alone. Repack the stuff and dont tear ass through the campground or the trail out and they may just leave you alone completely.

I'm generally not an asshole at all when I ride. LOL! I always take it easy through campgrounds and trails around camp. I'll have to order up some packing and try and get all the toys ready and make it out for this HQ ride...

At Coos Bay (horsefall) I run my triple unsilenced, it's VERY loud and I've never been bothered on the big weekends, but I also am careful to watch for the law. I've never gotten a ticket on any of my banshee's anywhere along the coast. Respect there rules on entering and exiting the dunes and keep away from the forest rangers/ police and you'll never have a problem. Being that is sounds like the ride is in April, I'd bet you don't see a single officer.

As long as my work schedule allows it I'll bring my duner over to ride. It's just too close to Memorial to run the big bikes

Saturday through Monday is nice. I like being able to ride Monday when there is no one there but I will show whenever it does not matter to me. Is one person going to try and start making reservations so everyone else can camp close or what is the plan there?

If I bring the short sand car we won't have room for any of the 10mil's. They are all set up for hill-shooting at sand mountain, so I would spend half the time trying to re-gear and jet everything for the conditions and elevation down there. lol! I think the short sand car would be more fun in Oregon than the 10mils would.

Alberta, canada here but ill make the drive anyweekend. New to the banshee world but am running a lil 4mil k&t cub. Cant wait for 10mill. I would vote but have never rode south of the boarder. So keep posted dates and would love to meet new friends and ride spots. If you all will have us canucks out that weekend.

That would be awesome if you could make it down from Canada. I know a couple of guys from up there that make a few trips a year to the Oregon coast.

I got the weekend of April 16th off to go. I am gonna head down saturday morning and stay until tuesday at Horsfall in Coos Bay. As of right now, every campsite except for 5 spots in the campground is available for reservations online.
