VictorK
The current set up is, 20cc domes, hjr port for t5s with my t5s, +4 timing, rad valves and k&N filter. What do you guys think would be a good choice for power across the board? My buddy offered his 28mm keihin flat slides.
MacRacer1
Just depends on what ridingyou do or plan on doing 28 will be more of a low end mid range trail carb 34s or 36 may be w little better for the dunes

VictorK
If he offered you them for free take then and try them see how you like em He wants money but it will be a steal. I can test them out like you said but unless I buy them I don't want to spend the time dialing them in. I need carbs that won't kill my bottom end but will be strong across the board as possible. GrMeyer
I would prob look for some 30mm carbs then for all around. But here is another ? for you. Are you done with the more mods. IE stoker crank later on? CUB? If your going to be getting more into the more then you might want to look at some other carbs. But if your done and can get the 28s for a great deal. I would get them and run them. Not like you cant sell them later on down the road for more or = for what you got them for.
alf44
28's will work real nice on that setup. May even want to try a single carb setup. I had a single 38 on my ported bike with some similar mods. It worked good and had alot of bottem end to it. I think a single 35 would have been better though. Some 30mm oko carbs are another good option though to, and are pretty inexpensive.
