Snopczynski
I am doing an all flat black bike, and I am looking at taking the rear plastics warning label off behind the seat area. There are gonna be 4 holes where the rivets were holding the tag on. There is an example below of which tag I am talking about. Throw some ideas out there for me to ponder. I thought of black rivets with the broken off stems painted, buying black tags, making black tags, acorn nuts and pan head bolts, etc...... Give me some good ideas here. The bike shown is not mine, its for example purposes.

Raptor Guy
u could put in some sort of chrome piece with a design on it?
SandShots
if youre painting them, cover the holes from underneath by epoxying plastic and then use filler to fill it in sand and paint.
superswire
You know that 2-part plastic epoxy that comes in a syringe type deal for like 5 bucks at the local auto parts store ? I filled every one of my holes with it, scraped it smooth with a utility blade and used black touch up car paint to dab over the holes, man they look so much better than the holes or labels and that epoxy is stronger than the plastics themselves...you can also use that epoxy to glue something cool on there, like a ornament or more storage, just make sure you dont want to take it off ever, coz that shit is strong as hell... Snopczynski
Not painting them. No shiny shit on the bike. I hate laker and fullbore plastics, they are fucking ugly. Paint is a last resort because it doesn't hold up well. Im almost entertaining the thought of mixing some black paint into some epoxy and filling the holes with it. I have a set of brand new black oem plastics.
Larry's Shee
Don't know if paint would mix with epoxy, worth a try. Maybe a dab of black silicon?
Jereme6655
put a new tag there that says "no fat chicks"

jayzx10r
x2 on the silicon. That's what I did. Scrape it flat and it blends in perfectly.
MILO
Sorry bud, I guess you don't want any stickers or tags on it. I like the black rivet idea. There are small black plastic rivets that hold some of the plastics together on my R1. They have a relatively small head, shiny black so they're pretty inconspicous, and could be taken out anytime. If they hold my plastics together at 150+ mph they'll work fine for filling a hole on your Banshee, lol. Any Yammy dealership should be able to hook you up with some. They're like $2 each though. Angel ripper
I hate fullbore plastics, they are fucking ugly. Xs 2 Ive been saying that for years, overpriced, overated ugly shit! for the holes, i just used rivets and used black nail polish on them. Snopczynski
Im using this with a smaller diameter head. Once I push it into the hole, I am gonna cut the bottom off below the plastics.
