when i cut my front fender i used a jigsaw, then afterwards i wetsanded the edges till they were smooth.

What tool are you guys using to cut your rear fenders?

 

i used a dye grinder. its a pneumatic tool with a 4" cut off wheel. its easier to get a nice straight line with this. u can pick one up at harbor freight tools for $20. not to mention its SUCH a useful tool for MANY other things

mine is a trail banshee i liked the look but i ride in a little bit of every thing and looked back for a sec and fuckin roosted myself with mud i was pissed so it went back to being fulls
