I'm looking for pics of stock lightened drag frames. I'm going to start cutting up my extra frame for my drag bike. I haven't raced in about 8 years so this should be interesting. The last frame I did, I cut out and replaced a bunch of stuff with chromoly. I'm not sure if I'm going to that extreme or not. Any pics would be great.

 

Forgot to say that I will be running 300 ft. mainly dirt.

Thanks for the pics. I have some ideas of what I want to get rid of but I want to maintain some of the strength since some tracks aren't groomed as nice as others.

 

Also what kinda weight we talking on a lightened frame? What is the weight of a stock frame?

Here is a pic of mine in my sig! The frame weighs in at 36lbs, the hole bike with full tank of gas weighs 299lbs! And this thing is a duner, I ride it to all the sand hills which can be 8 miles in and 8 back. You can get them a lot lighter than this if you want to. It also runs constant 4.4's on gas in the 300ft made of all sand.

Heres two ive been working on getting ready for my winter drag bike build. 100% stock frames. Not sure which one im going to use yet.
