Hilarious
how are you going to using this bike? i would go the 4mill route (with 115 rods instead of the 110) and plan on adding a clutch and possibly a bit more swingarm to your list. How much HP should this set-up have with +4mil/115 rods? How much more on the swingarm? & do you mean just new clutches or the basket & clutches? J-Madd
90 - 95 hp well tuned on race gas. CPIs will hit the cylinders. Just use washers on the brackets to move them out a little.

tedd1
I built a 421 a couple seasons a go that made 90+ hp on gas with Shearer in frames and +8 swinger. Clutch wouldn't hold and after burning up a couple, I installed a Slingshot. It cured the clutch problem but wouldn't shift. So, I installed an over ride trans. Point is, as much as I love my cub, about the only thing it is good for is drag racing. If you intend on doing anything else with this bike, I would suggest a good stock cylinder set up for the type of riding you want to do. If I were to build duner today, I would look seriously at a Serval cylinder. Same price as a Cub with 4 stroke torque... Rick
