Just went and sprayed it again and there is a small bubble coming out of bottom side of gauge side of tester. Does that sound like about a 1psi leak in 6 minutes? It is likely ok. But, as particular as I am I would glue the hole shut and retest. But I'm an anal bastard when it comes to that shit! Lol! Nutwood 472 Posted August 26, 2010 Report Share Posted August 26, 2010 Good to go now I checked about 20 minutes later and it lost about 1psi. did you spray underneath the outter crank bearings,of the bottom case,they can get hair line cracks and they will leak oil out of them,just went through all that hassle and had to seal it up with some epoxy,and ran a couple tanks of gas through it and today I tore the carbs off and pipes and did leak down test to see if the fix was holding,it held it for 45 min or until I let the pressure off,so if your still losing,I would spray down again,a small leak can trun into a bigger one.
