No it is not the black gloss....I didnt snatch it up because they are still having the first wave of overheating....I wont get that one until later when all the bugs are worked out. This is the regular elite, but it's brand new. All of this was purchased 4 days ago, with reciepts to confirm bro.

 

The gears of war is the game of the year edition....and i didnt include the 70 bucks that the wireless cost when I said I have 475 in it....it will still be good for warranty and everything, and you will be provided with the receipt.
