Snopczynski
I was thinking of getting some +1 or +2 a-arms made from stellar for some yfz450 take off shocks. Is there a certain year of shocks that I have to use, or will all years work? Anyone got pics of a set of Stellar arms made for yfz450 shocks? Im not too horribly worried about stability, but with that in mind, can anyone think of any other reasons to go with +2 arms over +1 arms? bbcmudtruck
Go with the +2s and get you some 4:1 offset wheels. That will only make you about two inches wider than stock and give you good handling characteristics. I'm sure Tim would make you a set of arms for the 450 shocks. The newer 450r shocks would be the way to go in my opinion. They are a little bit longer than the 04-08 shocks, so be sure to let Tim know which ones you end up with. As long as you get the 450 shocks that have compression, preload and rebound adjustment you should be good to go.
Snopczynski
I wonder if I will have to send him the shocks to have them built?
Drewski
I'm pretty sure Fireball makes a-arms for the yfz 450 shocks
