Snopczynski Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 (edited) The guy is an idiot. I work 1 mile from his shop (house), and I live 12 miles from Enumclaw (in Bonney Lake). I personally recommend myself if you want something tuned, looked at, or worked on in the area. Two weeks ago I fixed a guys banshee who he had told needed a stator. The guy replaced the stator and still had the problem. He brough it to me, I looked at it and I told him it was a plug cap, and that fixed the issue. I have fixed two other banshees the guy looked at as well. Stay away from C&M. Zillafreak, where you serious with that boost bottle comment? Edited July 7, 2010 by Snopczynski Quote
Snopczynski Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 (edited) I mis-read your comment, I thought you had told him to get a boost bottle. I dont care about how you spell your name. Edited July 7, 2010 by Snopczynski Quote

Snopczynski Posted July 8, 2010 Report Posted July 8, 2010 I dont know anyone over there that works on bikes. As far as the drive kit, you would need to post a link or more details about it. Quote

Snopczynski Posted July 8, 2010 Report Posted July 8, 2010 Its all pretty cheap shit, you will probably get about 1 season out of it. Quote
bansheesandrider Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 Clicking on the link it looks like the standard chain that comes with it is garbage, but they give you the option to upgrade to a DID X ring chain. I currnetly run DID X ring chain with Sunstar sprockets and it is holding up pretty well. The chain is lasting better than any other chain I have had except maybe the stock one which was a DID also. For the money, this has been the best combo I have tried. I know there are other chains out there that are better, but they are also more money. If I was going to spend more money, I would try one of the Sidewinder setups. I also would not run a cheap chain because I don't want to have to buy a set of cases because of a chain wack. Quote
camatv Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 the sidewinder sprokets are the best ever. the chains are absolute junk. i dont know how they even sell a chain. what i feel happens is that the strength is SO high they are brittle and you hit them hard and high HP and hook them hard they snap right off. the best chain i have had recently is the RK mkz-3 or RK mkx-4. only chain my 535 will not break and the sidewinder aprokets are the only ones that will last longer than one day at the dunes. prssantana Posted July 11, 2010 Report Posted July 11, 2010 The titanium 2 has a lifetime replacement too. They claim if they wear out they will replace it free. But you have to run both sprockets and run their chain. I read about it in a 2009 dirtwheels but probably worth checking into. When Im ready for sprockets Im going to try them. Quote
jbooker82 Posted July 11, 2010 Report Posted July 11, 2010 The only think I dont like about running a sprocket that has a life time warrenty is that the sprocket is harder than the out put of the transmission shaft. So intead of the splines wearing out in the sprocket it chews through the out put shaft. Not a banshee, but still a yamaha though. Quote
