GrayRacing Posted July 5, 2010 Report Share Posted July 5, 2010 ok guys. this is what happened. i raced last week, my bike was alright. later in the night, i went to purge my bike, it wouldnt kick over. took my motor apart at the house,and a clip off the wristpin came off and scratched my right side cylinder up and piston. would anyone know how this could happen and anyone got any recommendations where to get them renikasiled ? sleeper06 Posted July 5, 2010 Report Share Posted July 5, 2010 I have seen many clips spit out,whats your compression like in that cylinder,how bad is the cylinder,In an emergency race situation I have ran somepeoples bike with just throwing a new clip in so they can race,but compression was stil good,get in the habbit of rotating the clip 180 out from the hole by the wrist pin and make them all the same this way you know if they are moving when you rip it down.
