theshee
I agree... the one thing I doubted was proved, Lesnars chin... Going to be a really hard guy to beat. IMO, fuck the main event last night. Leben and the Jap was badass. Leben gained a shit ton of my respect, take a good opponent on short notice, stand and bang and win by submission. Nice. locogato11283
Leben has been looking pretty good lately. I mean, his fight game looks sloppy but you can't underestimate what he can do.

Michael Jackson
FUCK! i thought carwin had him in round 1 i really thought the ref was gona stop it.. would have been a BS stoppage, but brock was laying there covered up not defending himself really, if only shane got a few more clean shots in if it wasnt clear before, it is now, brock sucks cock standing, he wanted nothing to do with it. a couple clean shots on there feet and the fight would have turned out totally different, carwin was gassed in round 2 , and brock took advantage. i say rematch! has there been any talk of a rematch yet? if shane can keep it standing i dont see why he cant knock lesnar out, lesnar went into panic mode after shane landed ONE uppercut and not even very clean. brock looks much better slimmed down like he is now, never thought it would end in a submission

Brocks stand up is nothing like carwins but he has ok stand up against lesser opponents

Wont be much of a fight IMO.
SLORYDER
People can say what they want about Lesnar. You've got to respect the man for going from a WWE wrestler and having the balls to go toe to toe with the best fighters on the planet. I didn't have a very good seat for the fight, but it looked like Carwin landed at least 3 or 4 shots that would've KO'ed most people. Maybe more. You could tell Lesnar didn't want any of carwin's standup, and i don't blame him. I think Carwins record proves what kind of hands he has. Cain seems like a good wrestler from the limited fights i've seen, but it also appears to be his strong point which will be instantly nullified the second he tries to lock up with Lesnar. Then it will probably be Dos Santos, who has really good hands, not as good as carwins IMO. Not sure about his Jiu-Jitsu, I'm sure he would put up a better fight on the ground than Carwin though. Carwin is a freaking beast. I don't see how ANYONE else could beat him in a standup fight. Let's do Fedor-Lesnar already
dajogejr
I fully agree... Fedor finally lost by a guy on the ground...and Lesnar prooved he has a chin against the best power hands in the HW class. After Lesnar made a complete ass of himself beating Mir, I think he learned this ISN'T WWE, this is a professional sport where honor and respect are practiced, not show boating and face time with the mic. He showed heart this fight...and he deserved to win. If Carwin had some cardio, this would've been a different fight perhaps. Carwin should've let him stand up...but maybe he wanted to proove he could dominate Brock on the ground, which it did. It just emptied his gas tank. I'd like to see a rematch 6-12 months from now (which I don't see Lesnar or Carwin losing another fight until the rematch) and Carwin gets come cardio. I don't see anyone taking the belt from Brock for a while. Maybe Fedor's management will be a little more reasonable and humble now... That being said, Fedor vs. Carwin OR Fedor vs. Brock would beat all MMA PPV events by a country mile...
theshee
Fedor fight isnt going to happen. Allister Overeem is not getting Werdum next, he is fighting Ricco Rodriguez next, so there is going to be a Fedor vs. Werdum rematch. Ive read its already in the works. Michael Jackson
fedor VS carwin or brock and i say he gets KTFO! hes got the skill, but these guys are animals, 265+ all muscle and fast as hell, turkey tits fedor will get KTFO by carwin and slammed on his head then KTFO by brock i would love to see roidereem VS carwin or brock too cant wait to see cain get beat down to light heavyweight by brock, he could make 205 if hes around 230+ with some chub on him
sangheraent
I think brock under estimated carwins power and I think carwin overestimated his own knockout skills. if carwin had known brock would take his punches he would have done alot more cardio. and if lesner had known how powerful carwin actually is he would have avoided standup all together. the fight went exactly has carwin planned however lesner didnt get knocked out and he gassed. carwin wont lose any fights in the next year or so neither will lesner I see a rematch next summer. carwin made $40,000 lesner made $400,000 plus % of ppv. +75k submission bonus
dajogejr
If Carwin only made 40K for that fight he got hosed and his agent (if he has one) is worth shit. Guy was undefeated and knocked out everyone he fought. Being Brock's first fight back and knowing PPV would blow up, I'm dissapointed he didn't get a piece of that as well. I agree neither will lose in the next year... I think we'll see Fedor in the UFC in a few years once he's past his prime. Guy has been undefeated for 10 years and finally lost one, and lost it quickly. I think he'll be in the UFC when he fights like Chuck (Chuck's a hall of famer, but most of you have watched his past few fights, time for him to retire....) By the time Fedor hits the UFC he'll be canon fodder...
