yeahitsmine Posted June 29, 2010 Report Share Posted June 29, 2010 my clutch lever has no pressure and the basket doesnt move I have a feeling that its something minor but i cant put my hand on it this is the only thing keeping me from ridin my bike please help guys any info would be a blessing thanks. You probably broke the clutch cable, or you have stretched the cable out, and need to adjust it at the perch. Try checking those two out, and let us know. 68chevyc10355 Posted June 30, 2010 Report Share Posted June 30, 2010 Look at your downshaft as you pull in on the clutch handle. If this done not move, then your pushrod probably slipped passed your downshaft. Depending on how badly the pushrod is mushroomed you may have to split the cases in order to get it out properly. There is a punched mark on the inner clutch boss and an arrow mark on the pressure plate. Make sure you have them lined up correctly.
