GleasmJA
now we are 2 people looking for a place to ride in the same area, I heard about a place named Hortense,GA or something like that. I too would also like to know of any areas that you find to ride. I've got one place that a buddy and I ride, but it'snot the most legal place to ride untill we find the owner to ask for permission. I've heard of a few ATV or Off road parks, but haven't been to any of them yet. Your basic pay by day or weekend places. One is something like East Coast RV?? I've got the link saved on my home pc, but it's in souther georgia about 1.5 hrs from jacksonville. Keep us posted if anyone finds something. matt1
I rode the osceola national forest today, pretty good place to ride. Trails got some water but are still ridable.
GleasmJA
I rode the osceola national forest today, pretty good place to ride. Trails got some water but are still ridable. Do they have a lot of restrictions for riding down there?? I've heard you can't go over 35mph... Let me know please.
matt1
I have heard people say that on here but no one has ever said anything to me. It is a rare occasion to see any law enforcement on the trails, I have yet to meet one on an atv trail. I talked to a wildlife officer and he told me that all I needed to ride was a helmet and a registration sticker on my quad(orange vest during hunting season). He acted like the registration sticker was not that big of a deal if you did not have one but I went ahead and put mine on just in case. I go their fairly often so just let me know next time you all will be there.

I still have my home town reg from NY, but it's legal. I'll have to talk to my buddy and set up a weekend trip out there.
matt1
I am pretty sure it does not matter what state, just has to be legit.
