Anyone on here done there own shift star mod? I have also talked with a few banshee guys who told me they modded there own timing plate to advance it 4* how hard would something like this be to do? But you know what, it wont hurt anything if you do that one also, just its more work for nothing as the star does not go past 6th gear so, once its in 6th, thats it and the drum wont turn past that. Between 1st and 6th would be neutral correct? From looking at your picture again looks like all but 1st has been ground down. No need to grind down between 6-1 gears, but wont hurt anything if you do. Make sure you do not let neutral touch the wheel on your grinder at all!!! In the pic, im in first gear. Blue lock tight the screw that holds the star in when your done afterwards also. Here, i messed with my pic so you can see what all is going on and what shit it and what it all dose.
