Fullbore customer service.

I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble getting what you ordered? Long story short. I wanted to order black fullbores but said it would be 2-3 weeks before they were even made. So I said what about yellow. They tell me yep, got yellow in stock. Alright ship them. 2 weeks later there still sitting in a warehouse 5 hrs away. Heres were it get worse. They made 10 sets of black on friday and sold & shipped them all on monday. There really starting to piss me off.

I have heard similar stories as well. That sucks Matt. I'd tell them I want the black ones since they haven't shipped anything.

Yeh Tyler, I should. I told them black, yellow, or orange. For $640 you don't get much. Christ, can't even get the color you want.

There is a place called MXsouth look them up online they carry fullbores and are cheaper than $640

Where are you actually buying these from? The reason I ask is Fullbore is located in Portland, Oregon and that is more than 5 hours from Pennsylvania. I am not sticking up for them because I actually don't like their "race face" plastic, I prefer the traditionasl Banshee look. Also, right now they probably have their hands full getting ready for Sandfest, as the company's head man is one of the organizers of that event.

I know Oregon is more then 5 hrs from me.. They tell me there warehouse is 5 hrs from them.
