well i guess i am a lil baiased on the pipes the trinity's i have are actually on a highly modded 421 stock cylinder motor that makes around 55+ft lbs of tq. and around 80hp. its pretty hard to ride at times.

the PC's are a great overall pipe. BUT for woods the t-6 gets my vote. plus they look amazing in my opinion.

pc's are easy to find used.

hey adam, where abouts are ya in the UK? im west midlands, yeh i have to import all the cool stuff for the shee from the us, like my T5 tommey pipe kit, they get my vote, i ride woods and mx, but now ive got the 450 front end, which makes its a bitch to steer round the trees and stumps, so its mx tracks every weekend for me now!

heres a pipe shootout from the duncan website

hi mike i live in Kent, have you got any good tracks round your way.. very limited here altho in crawley we go to a massive woods once a month which would easily cater for your steering.. sunday is the next event..

LRD's!!! Oh and just to mention I got a set for sale!

these would be a really nice woods/mx pipe for the kinda guy serious about setting everything up and fine-tuning, so they are a viable option.....

well, it all depends on the level of the build, lol. yah, you can get some decent bottom end out of any pipe on a big enough motor, since the pipe is just boosting the engine, which is already doing most of the work. i would bolt a set of t-6's to a stock bike, over pc's anyday and hit the woods, but once you start building bigger, not only will the t-6 hinder, since peak efficiency is at lower flow rates, but the pro-circuits will really blow them away right from the bottom, since peak efficiency of the pc's is 4mill+. even just porting stock stroke will get you into a favorable range for the pc's

you realize that's all from 15 years ago? a shitload has changed, and most of those pipes are pretty much out of circulation, and several new ones are the mainstream now, save for the t-5's which are still really big.
