I live here n Bakersfield and from my understanding you better have spark arrestors on your pipes too..I havent been there but i have a cousin that goes there alot and has told me the ranger goes by and checks for them.Said its nice and cool during the summer though.Plenty of shade and a cool breeze all day...and hell you r nxt to river to do some fishing when you get bored..just dont go swimming because that river is VERY dangerous.NO JOKE..

That water was freezing!!! I didn't last half a minute with just my feet in! My bones started hurting because it was so cold haha. And I have sparkys on my my toomeys but diskoe1 is right, its more 2 wheel friendly. We tried to make the most of it but I eneded up eating it because I stopped in front of two big boulders and my right tire sunk into a ditch. No wonder everyone was looking at us weird haha. We eneded up leaving that night to gorman for the next day.
