Mill the head more or geta cool head and change the domes. Take off the air box and put on pods. Advance your timing. Change the gearing. But all that stuff won't compare to doing port work. By far porting is the best bang for the buck.
AKheathen
well, depends on how far you wanna go........first thing- timing, either just a plate, or a dyna, and both, if you want- it'll give you allot of punch when you need it, and next thing is reeds....there are several different options, depending on budget, and how you want to shape the power. madjimmax
Dude I dont know whos bike your running down, But if your running down piped and ported banshees that aint saying to much for the person that did the porting or maybe the rider, Because you aint even gonna come close to my FAST ported shee with your mods. If you want a fast bike you will have to end up porting it or your just wasting time IMHO. Give Jeff @ FAST a call it will be the best $350 that you'll spend on your shee for sure. As far as the timing goes... Everyone says to do +4. That's what I have done and I like it. As far as reeds go I like vforce 3s. They might be a little much for the mods you have now but if you end up porting it they will be perfect.

firebanshee
If you got your bike ported and a good set of mid to topend pipes,+4 on the timing and v force reeds then you would know what a hard running banshee is like. You would not have a chance against my sons yfz450 without these mods,or one of my home ported dune bikes.Get it ported by a site sponser and you will be REAL happy. Do all your bolt on mods first then porting when you have the money. Timing plate, V force3s, F.A.S.T. Cool head, gearing if needed, will make nice changes. But Porting will make the biggest difference. Its nice to be able to get it all from one place to save on shipping too. : ) Give us or any of the site sponsors a call or check the websites out.
