AKheathen
ummm wisco !! vitos forged pistons are made by wisco .. yes, ther is a difference. vitos pistons are made by weisco, for vitos, but they are not "weisco" pistons, if that makes sence. basically, i don't think weisco would be comfortable putting their name on it, lol
volcrano
well thought i would let this one run a bit to see how long it would take for some one to say that vitos pistons are wisecos funny no one has. the superstock forged usa pistons are wiseco pistons, made by wiseco with the vito patented ports and exhaust cut on the dome,i dont care if it comes in a vitos box,it has the wiseco circled w underneath,so if its made by them, its their piston, just not their personal design..i also say m&h is a piston to run.100 a set,yes a set,all forged like a wiseco for literally half the price.no porting,id go vitos ss usa piston,m&h and wiseco for the tie depending on app cuz mh doesnt have a stroker style piston like the wiseco 795 series. alf44
I didnt read this whole thread but from what I understand and from what ive researched and discussed with several manufacturers and parts dealers,WISCO PRETTY MUCH MANUFACTURES ALL THE PISTONS ON THE MARKET. Including Vitos, Pro X, Atheana and I believe namunara or whatever it is. They just have a different name on them. Alot like all the billet and a few heads out there that are actually made by Modquad. Its all a name game Honestly, and what name you prefer. Again this is what ive learned and discussed with many reputable shops and manufacturers. So let the arguments begin.
Keyser Soze
My vote is for WSM and they are not made by wiseco

Sooooo........you make it sound like pistons, billet parts, and coolheads are made by one manufacture with whatever name you want stamped on it when you place an order. That's not the case though. For example a Vito's fat bastard pipe is made by Shearer, but to Vito's specs.I am not trying to start anything or be a dick, but you could insult other parts venders by those implications.imo
