Suspention adjustment

So I have had my Banshee for about a year now. I took it out for the first time today and fell in love with it. I never even left 3rd gear low RPM. I had a blast putting around on it at the local offroad park getting a feel for it. My last one was a Honda 90 so this was a huge jump. This is why I just putted around. I half way figured I would have cooling problems as most of the time I was in 1st gear mid RPM but no problems what so ever. The only problem was 3rd gear, agents the wind in a hail storm on my way back to the truck "That hurts" LOL. Anyway the guy I got it from was a couple hundred pounds heavier than me and the suspension is way to stiff for my liking. I only weigh 140lbs soaking wet. How do I adjust it properly? I am not sure if it is stock but I posted this video here a while back.

Dose it all look stock? Any tips on the adjustments?

Hard to tell from the Vid but looks stock to me. And the only adjustment on Stock banshee shocked are the Springs i believe. The is a Washer nut deal on the top you loosen up to reduce spring rate. Other than that i dont think there is any adjustment.

the rear shock is adjustible on rebound and compression.....there is the knob on the top, and the ring on the bottom. preload is easy to figure out.....the fronts have that, too....grab the wrench for it, or big channel locks and turn it to tighten/loosen. front shocks aren't the greatest, so you would normally just buy some replacements that are better, or adjustable, and the rear can be better, and you can have it worked, but it's ok adjusted right.
