Banshee/CBR 900R

Whats up everyone Im new to the forum and 4 wheelers in general. Had some street bikes in the past. Im currently in Iraq and had my pops go pick this bike up for me the other day. Its very ruff but I got a good deal on it and it should be a fun project. My first plans for it are to clean up all the wiring, get rid of the huge ass radiator and replace it with a stock banshee one, Cut the large hoops out the frame and replace it with straighter bars that bolt in so I can remove them to pull the motor, replace the shocks and chain. I then plan to run it on a 1/8 mi track the rest of the summer, Ill be home in July sometime. Then this winter tear it all apart powder coat everything and rebuild the motor while polishing everything up real good and throw new plastics on it. So give em your input, criticisms and thoughts. Thanks and some of you have some bad ass bikes!!

well if you have no experience with 4 wheelers looks like u got a great headache on the way, thats got to be the ugliest lookin thing ive ever seen! but hey good luck with whatever it is you want to do with it, if ya run into problems post them here and you will get the help your lookin for, the hq is the best site for banshee owners that you will find

Oh it is def ugly no doubt about that. Im sure Ill have several questions for you guys when I get home. I should have it looking much better shortly after I get home.
