esterelbanshee
I rode a friends Banshee today which had all the same components as mine however his had the single carb setup. Mine is original carb setup. He claimed it was a 36mm carb. His bike had more power on top end but mine had more down low. I would have thought the opposite to be true. His was definitely peakier and mine was better in the low range and had better response. Wierd , no? The throttle was easier to push but not that much better. Not enough to justify a swap to single carb. It just didn't do what I thought it would. Not a mod I would ever do. Am I nutz?
jbooker82
I would say your jetting is off then. A 2:1 doesnt have a better top end than duals.
Scotty
I have the Trinity Stage 4, 2 into 1 carb and i noticed a big difference in lowend after switching to Single. My carb is also a 36mm.

Snopczynski
A 2:1 can have better topend than dual 26mm round slide carbs. Has either bike's motor ever been apart? Are you sure all the parts were identical between the two bikes?
