sleeper06 Posted March 31, 2010 Report Share Posted March 31, 2010 I just had the prvilage to ride at a sand quarry out east in long island,Your looking at 200ft walls of sand.I was on a stockish bansh in perfect tune with Ohtsu tires,I had never been there b4 to no if paddles were needed,now im looking for paddles,which ones are good for hillclimb.One set is going on a 4mil ported cub and the other on a dune ported bike.I never needed paddles b4 so im green on the subject Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

An 8 paddle extreme will be good enough to climb most any hill but if you want to be compeditive as far as drag racing you will want at least a 9 paddle extreme on the dune bike and an 11 paddle on the cub. That is if your swingarms are +6 or better if not I'd stick to 9 paddle max on either. Or if you have like as +12 on the cub go with at least 12 paddle extreme for dragging.
