Nothing wrong with the stock one ether. http://www.rmstator....e_/all/5439.htm Thanks SAVAGE, I've been I-balling this 1, but needed some input as I purchased some new NGK caps and tested before install (good to go) Now both sides dropping out and with below spec OHM's on the coil, I've decided that the stocker is puking after it gets warm. jbooker82
I have been going on 3 years with my Nology Coil and Hot wires. It isnt a stock replacement. You will have to make a bracket to mount it. A small pice of angle Iron works good. I dont have any experiance buy guys say they are worth a couple HP. I did notice my banshee started easier than with the OEM Yamaha. One of the nice things is that the wires are not molded in to the coil. The coil has 2 terminals that the wires snap on. Just like the spark plugs. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=
Bansh-eman
No thanks on used electrical. Nothing wrong with buying used electronics. If they work they work, new or used has no effect on them. I ran a Nology with hotwires as well. I had a bracket made so the coil hangs in the stock location and doesnt put the wieght of the coil on the two tabs.
