What Size Jets?

Recommended Posts

Just bought a set of FMF Fatty's. Was wondering what would be a good starting point for jetting when I get the pipes on, airbox lid off, with a UNI filter at around 300' elevation. As far as I know, it's all stock internals, or slight overbore at most.

I could probably get you close. Around a 300-320 and a 27.5 pilot. But have a look through here first. I bet theres a lot of people with the same set up and elevation as you and what not.

My wife's first Banshee was FMF Fatttys, and a Toomey 2 into 1 K&N style air filter. At home we are 220 feet and in the Oregon Dunes we are at sea level. Her bike was jetted spot on with 290 mains, 27.5 pilots, clip in the middle of the needle. I am not sure of the air screw, just adjusted it till it was right.
