Got the Banshee back together-first run!

I bought a Banshee from a guy and it pulled good only up top, run like crap down low. I brought it home and pulled the carbs off and rebuilt them and went with 320 mains, 27.5 pilots, stock needles in the middle groove, air screws 1.5 off seat. I also installed a timing plate and set it at +4, it has T-5 pipes,VF3 reeds, cool head, pod filters, tors delete, trail port, sea level,68 deg. I bought a snail tool and synced the carbs. I took it for a spin down the street and man that thing screams!! Midrange is great, it pulls sweet all the way through! I rode it around the block a few times and brought it back in the garage and pulled the plugs. The plugs are a little dark but I let it idle for a while when I synced the carbs. I'm going to put a fresh set of plugs in tomorrow and run it and do and plug reading. I'm new to the Banshee so I have a question, when I hammered it the bike was smooth as glass all the way from take off to wide open throttle but I noticed a few times when I got off the throttle I felt a small vibration as the engine was coming down, is this a normal thing?
