4 mill stock stroke

im currently building a 4mil stock cylinder bike i have a few questions,what i doing is 4mill stock cylinder, 33 keihen carbs, lightend fly wheel,shift star and shifter,pancake bearing,adjustable timing,t-5 toomeys,super light pistons,aftermarket head,billet intake ,vforce 3 reeds,4 inch swinger,my questions are preffered jetting and needle,timing degree,clutches,gearing,and what domes to run in head? this is just a duner or little hill shooting will be running race fuel any help would be great didnt want to post in multible forums thx

I might be able to help you with jetting, but first, are you running pods, and what elevation do you ride at? I would call a builder, ask them what domes they would recommend for your setup and ele, and buy the domes from them. Are you going spacer plate, or having your juggs ported for the 4mil?

i usally ride pismo dunes in cali sometimes glamis,and havnt desided on spacer yet or port but any info with pros and cons would be great thx

Don't run a spacer plate. Just have the domes cut 2mm(.080). If you run a spacer it will throw off all the port timings. You say that the cylinder is allready ported, if they ported the cylinder out to far then you can't run a 4 mil crank on those cylinders because you will never get the port timings right. If it was just a mild port job then it should be ok. B)

I ride at 5000 feet, so my jetting advice won't really help. I run 140's though.
