yes, I'm sorry, but in no way will installing this bracket weaken the frame. Cascade sells brackets that use self-tappers as well. I will be running this in my personal bike without thinking twice.

I will run the aftermarket aluminum bolt on version as well, not the weld-in.

Check out the mock up pictures from last night. They are ready to go!

very tidy! what secures the bottle? the original rubber grommets?

Nope, I have some internal tooth washers that will secure the "nubs" of the coolant bottle to the underside of the bracket. Should be pretty solid!

If I'm not running a front bumper are you going to be able to see all of this stuff from the front of the quad? I dont think that I would want to see all that from the front of my shee. I read in an earlier post that you did that because of the heat, But would you be willing to make one that could be hidden sorta like the one on ebay. I'm only asking because I think I would rather have everything hidden. I do mainly trail riding and I'm a little worried that if I happen to go through some brushy stuff that a stick could get up in there and tear stuff up or bust a wire or something stupid.

I understand your concern. I may develop the bracket similar to the ebay bracket so stay tuned. Right now, this is it and I think it will work just fine. I will be bashing mine thru the trails as well and Im not worried about it. Just run a bumper lol

Thank You JD for the fast shipping. Very nice product. Good person to deal with, will def. be getting a grill made up also in the near future. Also how much is a custom grill? Ill get pictures of it on the shee in a couple of months.

89 banshee Man, thank you for the kind remarks. Please PM me about a custom grille price.

All, see below for my relocation bracket all mounted up. I powdercoated it silvervein. PC'ed brackets will be $50 shipped with all hardware. Raw they will be $40 shipped.

The self tappers worked flawlessly.

That looks really nice all powder coated. Great work JD. Now I am going to have to powder coat mine LOL. Ill get at you about the grill

Well, thanks to banshee Man I just found out these brackets DO NOT work with stock brake lines.

Well, mistakes happen and here is a clear case of that.

These WILL ONLY WORK WITH AFTERMARKET BRAIDED LINES.

I am working on a solution to accomidate stock lines so stay tuned. Thanks and sorry fr any inconvenience.

cool braket BUT the regulator case MUST be grounded to the frame OR have a ground coming off of it. if not it wont work right and you will pop bulbs over idle.. be carefull with the powdercoating.

Hmmm, so the base of it grounds just like the coil or what?
