bansheeqc
What is the difference between 7 and 12 bolt? and if i have a great deal on the 7 bolt, the best is to go with 7 or 12? thank you
J-Madd
Well, the 7 bolt would be quicker to remove. I have both and the only difference I can think of betweent them is that the 7 bolt is notorious for leaking a little (not too bad.) But all of my clutch cover gaskets leak anyway, so it doesn't bother me.

Koolguyson
7 bolts crack and distort more than the 12.
jlevasseur
I have two 7's and one 12, none of them leak, I believe direct drive went to a 12 to get more pressure on the plate to reduce the chance of leaking, I have never had that problem and if I did i'm sure its not something some silicone or a new o-ring couldn't fix. Go for the good deal!
