Is it worth buying, or are you better off boring and porting what you have?
LiftdT4R
A few people on here used to run the 404 Vito's kit. It's a good play/trail kit, and can definately make some good power. I forget what these things go for new, but if you check Vito's I don't think the ebay price is a heck of deal, but I could be wrong. I probably wouldn't use this setup for drag or anything like that, but I have thought about doing one with a 4mil crank for a while, makes for a nasty trail bike. madjimmax
Yea I'm going to be doing the 4mil big bore myself. I agree that its going to make a kick ass trail bike.

Who's going to be doing the engine work for ya? I have a set of cases, and cylinders, but I was looking for someone to sell me the crank/carbs/kit, and do the head and portwork for me. I'm probably a month or so away, but I guess it's a good a time as any to start looking.
Sandfrk33
That seems like too large of a sleeve for stock cylinders. That won't leave much room for the transfer ports. The transfers aren't very big to begin with.
FASTOYS
IMO, i would much rather run one of our stock cylinder Play/Dune ports. I feel they are more reliable, much faster, and will live longer. I dont like the shorter skirts on the Vito pistons, with the sleeve clear out by the studs we've seen trouble with leaks around the head and a chance of sleeves moving, and the transfer area is less than stock as the bigger sleeve protrudes into the transfer area. This is just my .02.
