locogato11283
id probably go with a 4mm stock cylinder set up. you will make awesome power that will work well with your type of riding. go with some keihin 33mm pwk, noss head to bump up compression, timing advance etc... how much do you wanna spend? that will ultimately affect your mod decisions. also, welcome to HQ
btbrsio
i have big dreams an empty pockets L.O.L since i lost my job 8 months ago. started rebuilding some old bikes for friends to make some cash but never any mods some im new to it mostly do stock restos. so i will probly get the shee cleaned up and lookin purdy again i have it completely disassembled in the basement now. havent done much to it since i got it other then grease it before going riding and washing it off after (sometimes) hey what would bring the shine back to the fenders? spurdy
Welcome bro. You could port your existing cyls. Since you've done nothing to them they should be on stock bore (64mm) they have all their life left in them. If you think you may go to a 4 mil down the road then I would do it now. Depending on who does the porting and what kind you may not be able to change from stock stroke to 4 mil in the future. Advancing the timing will wake her up even on stock stroke with stock porting. That is cheap and easy. Timing plate is 35$ off ebay or you can mod you stock plate. Bigger carbs are an option but stockers can run well also. A Noss head to control your compression. Higher compression will typically increase you low end but at some point you will need to increase your octane to prevent detonation. Good luck!
