Bansheeb0y5505
Oh, and sorry again, but i mean were these shocks fairly soft when you pushed down on the quad? Im not much of a huge air person and want it to be plush and soak stuff up. Thats why I was asking about what they were built for, MX ones are usually pretty stiff. And im going to be running them on stock arms for the one ride until my extended ones come back from powdercoat.
LiftdT4R
Hey, I would be out at Hamburg, PA, not NJ, at Cabelas this week. I could not find the reciept, I did grab a few new pics which are below. The previous owner told me they were valved and sprung for a 240lb rider on +2+1 arms, but thats all the info I have. The bike definately looks like a trail bike so if I had to guess I would say they are valved for trails. They seemed about as soft as stockers on stock arms when I pushed down on the front of the quad. They are definately not blown, and have a good amount of travel. http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e130/JHupp06/Banshee%20Partout%201209/P1010048.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e130/JHupp06/Banshee%20Partout%201209/P1010049.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e130/JHupp06/Banshee%20Partout%201209/P1010050.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e130/JHupp06/Banshee%20Partout%201209/P1010051.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e130/JHupp06/Banshee%20Partout%201209/P1010052.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e130/JHupp06/Banshee%20Partout%201209/P1010053.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e130/JHupp06/Banshee%20Partout%201209/P1010054.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e130/JHupp06/Banshee%20Partout%201209/P1010055.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e130/JHupp06/Banshee%20Partout%201209/P1010056.jpg
Bansheeb0y5505
To be honest with you bro, I sat down and did some research and talked to my father, and I don't think i would want to pay more then 200 for them. I mean functionally they're fine but they definitely look aged. No offense, it's just im a perfectionist like that. Knowing me, I would want to send out the shocks to get the springs powdercoated and polish up the shock bodies. I mean for $200 I would go pick them up for sure. But it's up to you. Sorry dude, don't want to sound like an ass.
Bansheeb0y5505
Actually.. how about 210? Like I said i don't want to sound like an a-hole, but they do need some cosmetic TLC.

I'm not out to rip anyone off, and I like to cut good deals for HQ members because Ive gotten a lot of good deals here myself. 200 cash would be fine. I looked on a map, and I'm heading out 78 west, so it seems like the best place to meet for both of us would be somewhere in Bethleham PA. I should be out there either Tues or Wednesday. Shoot me a PM, or leave a message on here and I'll get back to you. Thanks bro!!!

The shocks work great, I rode the bike before it blew up, and it handled sweet, and I'm a lot lighter than 240lbs. You won't be dissapointed with them. I'll give you a call when I know a little bit better whats going on this week.

Honestly, I think the large tanks are completely gay and horrifying, but yours seems to pull it off really well.

I'll be the first one to say the big tanks look awful, but I rode 220 miles on less than a tank of gas in Maine, it's the only way I can keep up with the 4x4s, if you do long trail rides theyre the only way to go.
