ManeOne
Alright I'm not really a master in working on my Banshee so I need your help! :] Well when I start my '00 Banshee I take the right air filter off and I rev it, I can see spark/fire inside of it (carb). It doesn't burn for ever but I see sparks when I rev it. I was thinking it was something with the spark plugs but I'm not sure. Anyone? :/ Thanks in advance! Also; The left carb when I put my hand behind the exhaust the air is a little cooler than the right one, the right exhaust throws a little more air with a little more pressure than the left one...any ideas? I would first recommend adding to your original post rather than starting a new one. Sounds like you should start by inspecting your reeds. Pull the carbs, then the reed blocks, take close pics, and post them up so I can help you. Thanks Brandon
GrMeyer
If you can see inside to the piston then your missing a reed. When you get everything back together, you need to sync your carbs. If they are out then one piston will be doing all the work. A lot of people think that banshee's suck down low. If your are jetted right and your carbs are synced then you will have no prob with low end on the bike.

ManeOne
Alright my uncle is having some trouble with his '00 Banshee; Some how when we start it up, the left exhaust keeps throwing gasoline through it! I don't know what can be causing this any of you have any ideas? Thanks in advance! Or I don't know if its even gasoline but when I put my hand behind the exhaust pipe and rev it my palm gets full of watery black liquid. I'm pretty sure this is gas/oil mixture. I'm not sure though... :/ Edited December 10, 2009 by ManeOne
