ribordin
Hello, I am Brazilian and I'm riding a bike from yamaha that was marketed in Brazil until 1993. This motorcycle used the same engine Banshee YFZ350 ATV. I want to ride a new engine and strong. I started buying the game Delta VForce 3 reeds and now want to buy the head. I liked a model sold on ebay User-chariotperformance. It is a chrome head Banshee Cool Head SHOW CHROME use pro design domes noss. What should I use domes for example? I would like to receive assistance with respect to models and brands of parts should I buy for a very strong engine. After the head and the dome, I want to buy the crank and the pistons. There is something new to further poison the engine? Tanks

1banshee1
from what i can gather, he wants some help picking parts. what parts to buy and what company is best to go with. to answer some of it, yes the chariot is a good head to go with. As far as getting a new crank and pistons just get the 4 mm stroker kit. then you need some carbs and a good set of pipes, t5, cpi, or shearer. of course this all depends on what type of riding you plan on doing with it. and of course dont forget about the suspension. maybe extended a arms better shocks, extended swingarm. there is an entire list of things that can be done. patrickkomar
I think he is asking how to hop up his ride. Sounds to me like he has a banshee and is marketed in his country under name, looks like he has picked up some v force reeds and is wanting a chariot cool head and wants to know what size domes to run. ( god i hope that translates well!) We need to know the octane of the fuel you run and at what elevation you ride at! And then we can give what cc of domes to buy with your cool head. jimjim
I think he has the RZ350 motorcycle. Yes, motorcycle, but isnt the end result the same?
stokes77
Yes, motorcycle, but isnt the end result the same? Yes, for the most part, the only real difference in the RZ350 is it has powervalves and the tranny is different. If you are running on 91-93 Octane fuel then 21cc domes is probably you're best bet. As far as pistons go Wiseco Pro Lites are you're best bet. For cranks a wiseco or hot rods crank is good, but stock is fine as well, however it is a good idea to get any crank trued and welded so it won't come apart on you. Just remember the most important thing is the jetting. Don't want to ruin a new motor because it ran lean. If all you do is add reeds, rebuild the motor, and adjust the compression you should only have to go up around 2 sizes on the main and then play with the needle to get you're mid range dialed in. Plug chops are the best way to make sure your jetting is spot on. There is a sticky at the top of the forum explaining the process. If you've got the money to spend, you will see you're most gains by bolting on some pipes and an air filter. This will require you to bump up the mains and probably pilot jets quite a bit. -Mark
AKheathen
well, if you have the rz350, your head will be different. you can have your head remachined to 21cc domes. you can also send yout cylinders to one of the banshee builders and have it ported. it is verry important to have someone with alot of experience porting banshee cylinders do this

The motorcycle that I have and want to reform your engine is equal to that of the picture ok. I just got the reeds Vforce3 and would like more suggestions to improve engine performance. What do you think the head Banshee Cool Head SHOW CHROME use pro design domes noss? The picture of him 'that I sent as well. ribordin
This is the engine that has the bike and this is the head that I said that I found on ebay. Thanks
ribordin
This is the engine that has the bike and this is the head that I said that I found on ebay. Thanks I was forgetting. The friend who asked about the octane of fuel that I use, is low-octane. The idea is to lower the head and adjust the system to run on ethanol. stokes77
This is the engine that has the bike and this is the head that I said that I found on ebay. Thanks As akheaton said the head on you're bike will be different then a banshee head. So you could get you're current head shaved down to raise you're compression or buy a head made for the RZ350. The only company I know if that makes one for the RZ is Pro Design http://cgi.ebay.ca/Yamaha-RZ350-RZ-350-Cool-Head-Billet-Pro-Design-Domes_W0QQitemZ380092192120QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotorcycles_Parts_Accessories?hash=item587f429578
Mjv420
That a nice looking RZ. How much mods are you looking to do to this bike? Simple or extensive? Like the guys said you can shave the stock head instead of paying out your ass for a coolhead.
RZBansheeMan
Just note that the Pro Design head does not have the provision for the thermostat, or I might say the thermostat housing. Maybe check into a Zeeltronic ignition for it also
