No Limit Powersports
When you say it wont kick over, do you mean its locked up or wont start? Start with the simple stuff do you have spark, does is it getting fuel, do a compression check. Start with the easy stuff and just eliminate one thing at a time. Just remember the motor needs fuel, air, and spark(at the right time), to run.

Justintoxicated
927 really shouldn't need to be mixed 32-1, I'd scrape the crap off your pipes if you have been running it that rich, theres likely to be some buildup. Sounds like motor time to me too unless that compression check if wrong and it's something silly like the parking brake crap not allowing it to start. KickStartMyHeart
Is this the first top end rebuild for your banshee? U said it was a '90 and wow...thats almost unheard of. I put a top end in mine ('01) about 3-4 weeks ago and putting another one in this week due to a collapsed ring. I had 65 lbs of compression in both cylinders prior to the first rebuild. After I collapsed the ring I dropped from 135 to 115 lbs of compression. While you got it apart, I would look at your crank to see if its starting to seperate and look at your rods etc.... Don't be like me and get in a hurry to get it back together and have to turn around and tear it apart a few weeks later.
