oldestschool
Finally getting together the parts to build a street 2 wheeler.I had intended to get RZ350 cases with a PV 10mil Cheetah. But after looking at the"claimed" HP and torque curves the DM looks more powerful, simpler, cheaper AND more tractable. Does the DM use banshee cases without mods other than trenching/port matching or will it need more work. Looking to give this to myself as next years Christmas gift. If this is for pavement drags, there is no replacement for displacement. If you are closed course racing, the PV will win every time through a controllable power band. No Limit Powersports
No the DM is not a bolt on cylinder. It takes quite of bit of welding a maching to make them fit. Alot of builders epoxy but we dont 99% weld. I would go dm for power any day over the cheetah. Powervalves are nice for a nice smooth tq curve but i bet at just about any useable rpm the dm will dominate.
