87sheerips Posted May 13, 2010 Author Report Share Posted May 13, 2010 You could pop rivet it, sure. I just offer a hardware kit with it that will utilize basic hand tools and a drill. The relocation bracket allows you to shorten your wiring harness, clean it up, and locate all of your components in a clean and concise area.
