banshee-mike Posted October 9, 2009 Report Posted October 9, 2009 i just installed a esr temp gauge.it seems to work fine but not crazy abot the position of it.i put it in the top hose right before the rad.i could only adjust the gauge about 1/4 turn and thats it.cant twist it counter or clockwise because of the way its made.it would been ok for the bottom hose but thats not where i want it.i like the position of the top hose because i believe it gives a more accurate reading and its hidden.it is visible through the cutout of the plastics by the tank but the gauge is upside down when i look at it.not realy a big deal but i did pay $80 bucks for it.just thought i would shout about this to give yall heads up before yall bought one. jbooker82 Posted October 9, 2009 Report Posted October 9, 2009 You could have gotten it from fast for $70. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=146 Here is a pic of my black esr gauge on my raptor. The angle is probably not to thrilling on the banshee. Quote
jbooker82 Posted October 9, 2009 Report Posted October 9, 2009 Maybe something like the straight mod quad one would be better. http://www.modquad.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=408 Quote
