GNR101 Posted October 8, 2009 Report Share Posted October 8, 2009 ok ive installed cpi inframe sb's on my banshee its sweet down low and in band but just as/b4 it hits band its stuttering (like a faulty plug) then hits band and cains any ideas what my issue is? and ive stuck new plugs in sparks good 160 mains 3mm smoke ring on plug chop 48 pilot CEL needle on the 3rd pwk 33mm trail/dune port k&n 6" filters thanks dave Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Did you just change the pipes or rejet as well? Im not a 33pwk expert but the jetting sounds pretty fat to me for a mild port. I would start leaning the needle first and then drop the pilot if necessary. What do your plugs look like after wot? jbooker82 Posted October 8, 2009 Report Share Posted October 8, 2009 I would drop the main a size down. See if you get a screaming top end. Then lower the needle one clip. Don't do them at the same time. You want to get the main 100% dialed in before you start messing with the needle. That way you don't mis adjust the needle to make up for the wrong main jet.
