T.O.R.S. Removal Kit Installed, Starting Trouble

Hey guys how's it going? I'm looking for some trouble shooting help here on the Forums. I have an 01 Banshee that I've had since I bought it from the Dealership years ago so I am the original owner.

About a year and 3 months ago my top end went so I decided to replace it. I replaced it and got it installed, bike started right up and ran great until 3/4 throttle and had a slight bog so I decided to get into my Haynes manual and on the HQ here to figure it out. Well as I was working on my carbs with the STUPID TORS system one of the knobs on the top snapped as I was working with it so I gave up on the bike for a few months and decided I was going to buy a TORS Removal kit. Well unfortunately I got locked up for a little while and missed my whole dune season last year :[. Just last week I ordered a TORS Removal Kit and it got here yesterday. I've been working since earlier this morning on the thing and I cant get it to start.

I've got the idles tapped, drilled, and installed, throttle line installed, carb caps installed, and all the old TORS stuff cut and snipped off. I replaced the Oil, Plugs, and did a little cleaning in the engine. I have my key ON, Switch ON, and it still won't start. I kicked about 45 times and it sounds like there's an electrical problem not letting it start, I was thinking something I cut on the TORS lines did it. I pulled it behind my truck thinking a 5 mph pull start might help but still nothing....I'm going to check the spark right now and go from there but any help would be appreciated. Like I said I believe its electrical and im considering taking off ALL TORS connections and Key connections.

If you guys need pictures for a more clear understanding let me know.
