My 87 restoration!

i just got done restoring my 87 shee and i have to say im pleased :D so check it out and tell me what you think..

 

when i got it:

Still a few things that need to be done (paint rims, nerf bars, ect.) but for the most part its finished :D

Looks good,nice job.

 

Ever thought about cutting the front fenders,or do you like them there?

 

thought bout it but i think i like em.. plus i ride alot of trails n stuff so they help alittle to keep me kinda clean.. but thanks glad u guys like it

i never wanted to cut my fenders either but when i did i like the look so much.it gives your bike a whole nother atitude. but good gob. it looks nice. how did u seal the plastics?

i used an adhesion promoter and then painted it with rustoleum universal paint and finished with a clear coat seems to be holding up pretty good so far..

your going to be hating life once you relize you should of powdercoated....

 

lol yeah thats why im waitin on the rims and nerf bars and other things... lol but dont think u can powder coat plastics lol... but for now its just temporary till i can afford new plastics :)

HELL, I have 4 years on my rustoleum frame and its still in OK shape. Paint if fine when yur on a budget!
