dragbanshee98
can a 5mil crank be put into a 392 cheetah cub? by 5 mill do u mean a 4 mill long rod??? what stroke were the cylinders made for?? maybe im readin it wrong, but if it is set up for a 4 mill than you can get some wiseco 795 series pistons and it will go right in there... if it is not the crank im thinkin of then my stated opinion would also have to include boring ur domes some... coronakidd
5mills run strong dont see why you cant just check to make shure it dont throw your ports off and youll have to run custom cut domes and maybe a spacer plate to put ports back in specs

No Limit Powersports
Yes it can be done but porting will be necessary to take advantage of the added stroke over the 4mm. Short rod motor 68 bore will run a 9768 series piston and you will have to custom cut the domes to get the squish correct.
locogato11283
sounds like a hassle to me. i seriously doubt you will gain any advantage by going to a 5mm motor. id stick with the 4mm as parts are readily available.
2bzy2p
if you already had plans to do it like it looks why would you ask if it can be done? Obviously you know it can be done..weird..
