AKheathen
clean your carbs out real good, especially the emultion tubes an air jets. (the tube the needle slides in and the little jet/passage in the opening of the filter side of the carb) idles/ starts fine, right?

swrbansheeboy
dumb question but are you running the stock mikuni carbs and if so is the choke crossover tube installed between the carbs?
Darthwall
have you done any mods to it without changing the jetting like pipes carbs air filters elavation?
theoriginal87
well the bike has pro circuit pipes and silencers, k&n air filters and a klutch kit but it still has the stock carbs on it... but yea i made sure that the tube was in place this morning and it is. so im still kinda stumped and don t know waht the jetting should be... but when i cleaned the carbs it looked like they were 250's Edited September 11, 2009 by theoriginal87
AKheathen
oh jeeze, 250 is real small for having pods and pro-circuits. what's your elevation and ridding temp?

AKheathen
the boost bottle will effect the pilot a little. more so, the colder it gets. may need to buy some 27.5 pilots.
rubberneck
the boost bottle wont affect anything. And at 4500 ft, i think 330s will put you pretty rich, i run 330s at sea level with t5s. I bet you end up in the 300 range or less, not sure because i have not personally jetted procircuits but pretty sure they dont require larger mains than t5s

SonOfSand
I ran 280's with the mods below @ 5000 ft, temps as low as 55 degrees. I think you are lean.
