sheeBnasty
Here is the deal..I have been put in charge of getting our conference room at work functional. We have two Plasma monitors hanging on the wall and 4 coax cables ran to each monitor and back to a closet. They want me to put a computer in the closet and be able to do presentations on both screens (mimic each other). I don't know how to get the video to the monitors using coax cables. The cables were ran when the building was being built so I have no way of repulling any new cable. I don't know what the idea was for the coax since I did not work here at that time. I hope this makes sense and someone can help me.. Thanks guys..

Thanks guys.. you cant do it with coax cables they would have to be vga cables and the video card on the computer would have to have 2 vga outputs you can buy one of these videocards at your local pc store they are a little pricy
4strokekilla1987
ok here is a cheap but still good video card for what you need, this one's the cables would have to be DVI-I TO VGA, vga is what the tv's should have on the back but you have to check if the cable you need has to be male or female http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814141073
sheeBnasty
See that is my problem....I can't run any cables to where the monitors are installed..they didn't use conduit..have no idea what the guy was thinking when he ran 4 coax cables...there is a coax in on the monitor..you think if I use a RF modulator to go from VGA to coax that would work?
