donkeypuncher
alright, so i had originally planned on just buying the itp c-series wheels in black, however i came across a set of front and rear single bead-lock hipers for $400 shipped. is it a deal or what? the fronts are 10" with a 4-1 offset and the rears are 9" and im not sure what the offset is. main problem is i would have to buy new paddle tires because they are currently 20x10x10. what do you guys think? thanks
bbcmudtruck
If they are new or in great shape that sounds like a hell of a deal. Although I think everyone is going with the dual beadlocks these days so they may not be worth as much if you had to resale them later down the road. Mjv420
There are 3 different versions of that wheel also which will determine the actual deal your getting. I purchased my set brand new for $460 shipped, they are the CF1R's singlebead lock front and rears. The Tech3's are their strongest most expensive wheel. Quite honestly in my opinion, if your just riding sand these wheels are a little overkill unless its just the look your going after They are just a tad heavier than an aluminum wheel.. I dont care what you have heard or seen. And if they did by some extremely rare and I mean RARE circumstance the did crack. Hiper will warranty them no question. Even if your not the original owner. These are one of the best investments I ever made to my quad. And to answer that question. Those are the TECH 3s. Buy them. Or I will. Or I will. i want to buy them, the only thing thats stopping me from buying them now is the fact that the rears are 9X9's and i run in sand only. and as far as i know the only 9" tire skat trak makes is 20X11X9.....soooo, im not sure what to do....maybe ill just try and pick up the fronts.
