Nope, everything should go together just fine. With the stock parts assuming everything is in good shape.

 

It is nice to do a quick drain coolant plate at the same time, but not nessiscary. It has an extra hold and plug tapped into it so you don't have to waste a gasket everytime you change coolant.

I recently bought a billet impeller.. before and after i installed it i noticed the impeller is real close to rubbing on the plastic housing around the impeller.. is this normal? like i said before(with the stock plastic) and after( with the billet) it seemed close. never had a issue i'm just replacing it for insurance purposes.. thanks..

Yes, there is hardly any clearence, its that way on almost every Banshee Ive worked on.
