dajogejr Posted August 29, 2009 Report Share Posted August 29, 2009 Normally.... You make a 3 point bracket for your wheelie bar. Two points mount at the bottom pinch bolts (taking into consideration you bought a roundhouse carrier style arm) and the third is above the pinch bolts. A triangle of sort...if you will. Most of us use a go kart type tire for it. Here's the bracket I'm talking about at the back of the bike. It bolts to the pinch bolts on the carrier and the lower shock bolt. POORBOY350 Posted August 29, 2009 Author Report Share Posted August 29, 2009 thanks man that helps alot. only thing now is should i strut it? or how would it act if i did a design like you have and left my shock...? its an elka dual rate or whatever its nice really hate to take it off to put in a piece of steel lol. yes i have a plus 1 or 2 janssen swinger not sure which one it is.
