He was in a hurry to get running so after we ran it, I expedited shipping and got it out "before" I talked with him to get a CC number. Tried to help the guy out. For all I know, he fell off and is in the hospital but as of now, sure seems to be a bite in the ass. What really sucks is I broke down our machine just to get his head done so I lost more than just head work and shipping.
