Blazing Rhapsody Posted August 7, 2009 Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 Hey all, I have a banshee that while riding in 1st gear sometimes it will make some kind of clicking sound like if any of you know, that when on a nitrous bottle for cars when you turn it on it makes some weird sound... toolman Posted August 8, 2009 Report Share Posted August 8, 2009 I had the same noise but only second gear. When I took it apart the idler gear for the kick starter had come apart the washer and clip that holds it on was floating around inside the clutch cover. Why only second gear who knows.
